Many practitioners find appellate practice complicated or confusing. Our firm has a long history of handling appellate matters, from the simple slip and fall cases to complex medical malpractice or Labor Law cases.

Prior to joining Thuillez, Ford, Debra Young completed a clerkship at the Appellate Division, Third Department during which she handled appeals dealing with virtually every area of law. Since joining the firm, Ms. Young has continued her interest in appellate practice, arguing numerous appeals at various courts including the Court of Appeals; United States District Court, Second Circuit; Appellate Division, Third Department; and the Appellate Division, Second Department.
