Ms. Staffon earned her undergraduate degree in Social Science from Cazenovia College in 2013 and her J.D. from Albany Law School in 2016. Ms. Staffon has served as a law clerk for the Honorable Bernadette Clark in New York State Supreme Court, Oneida County. She has also interned at the law firm of Jacobowitz & Gubits, LLP, the Law Office of Karen Khan, the Law Office of Paul Brite, and the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia.

While attending Albany Law School, Ms. Staffon interned with the New York State Public Relations Board and the School Administrators Association of New York State, and she worked as a law clerk at the New York State Bar Association. Ms. Staffon also served as the Managing Editor of Production for the Albany Law Journal of Science & Technology. Ms. Staffon joined Thuillez, Ford, Gold, Butler & Monroe upon graduation from Law School in 2016.

Ms. Staffon, an Associate Attorney, focuses her practice in the areas of medical malpractice defense and insurance defense. She is admitted to practice law in all New York State Courts. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Albany County Bar Association, Capital District Trial Lawyer's Association, and Capital District Women's Bar Association.
