Mr. Cohen joined the firm as counsel in January , 2003 after being the principal in Marc E. Cohen, P.C. since 1994, and prior to that a partner in Apple, Honen, Sims, & Wood, P.C.

Mr. Cohen concentrates his practice in estate planning, administration and litigation, and has additional experience in business and commercial law, tax litigation and intellectual property matters.

He is admitted to practice in New York and Florida state courts, the Northern District of New York and the United States Tax Court. He is a member of the Trusts and Estates and Elder Law Sections of the New York State Bar Association and the Estate Planning Council of Eastern New York.
