Mr. Firth graduated from Siena College in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree
before earning his JD from Syracuse University in 2005. During law school, Mr. Firth
was employed by the Office of the New York State Attorney General’s Litigation
Bureau. As well, he worked with the United States District Court for the Northern
District of New York, New York State Supreme Court, Fourth Judicial District and the
Warren County District Attorney’s Office.
He was admitted to both the New York State Bar and the United States District
Court for the Northern District of New York in 2006. He is a member of the New
York State Bar Association, Capital District Trial Lawyers Association, Saratoga
County Bar Association and Warren County Bar Association.
He has experience at many different levels, including the New York State Supreme
Court, Appellate Division of the Supreme Court and United States District Court. He
has extensively and successfully prepared and argued motions on behalf of
numerous clients across the state within these venues.
Our newest associate, Mr. Firth joined the firm Thuillez, Ford, Gold, Butler & Young, LLP
in 2008. Mr. Firth currently practices law in several areas, including personal injury
litigation defense, insurance defense, medical malpractice defense, mental hygiene
law and trials and appeals.
